Carving Knife

We are happy to present you the straight carving knife made by our partner Michel Oren. This blades are made from high carbon steel to give you the best edge holding result and still make it easy to sharpen. The blades come with a flat scandi grind. Michel took the insparition for the tip of the blade from the japanese wood working tradition, the result is an easy to sharpen tip with a lot more structural support.
